The WWE makes it debut on ESPN as this premium live event was held in Indianapolis, Indiana and saw the 2 big in ring returns. The show opened with John Cena taking his most dangerous and dominant opponent in his career, “The Beast” Brock Lesnar, who is making his in ring return after a 3 year absence. A tag team matchup saw the long awaited reunion of the Usos as Jimmy & Jey took on the team known as “The Vison”, “Big” Bronson Reed & “The Mad Dog” Bron Breakker. As a last minute surprise, “The Megastar” LA Knight was named special guest referee. After the Women’s World Championship was vacated due to the now former champion, Naomi announcing her pregnancy, a new champion was needed which led to the number one contender, “La Primira” Stephanie Vaquer taking “The Empress of the Sky”, Iyo Sky to crown a new champion. In a mixed tag team match, we saw the World Heavyweight Champion, Seth “Freakin” Rollins teaming up with his real life wife, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion, “The Man” Becky Lynch against the team of “The Best in the World”, CM Punk and his real life wife, AJ Lee, who is also making her in ring return after leaving WWE back in 2015. Finally, in the main event, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes defends the WWE Championship against “The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre.
This film was based on a true story, is the 4th in “The Conjuring” series but the 9th film in “The Conjuring Cinematic Universe” and was directed by Michael Chaves, who directed the previous film as well as 2 other films in this cinematic universe. Vera Farmiga & Patrick Wilson return as the titular characters and are joined by Mia Tomilson & Ben Hardy. In this film, a family in a small Pennsylvania town in 1989 begin experiencing paranormal activity that leads paranormal investigators, Ed & Lorraine Warren out of retirement and back into the fray to fend another dark entity. This film would the final film for Farmiga & Wilson after it was announced that this would conclude the Warrens story in this universe.
The surprise hit series from 2023 gets another season and dropped the first 3 episodes on HBO Max. The series sees John Cena return to the title character and joined by a slew of returning characters such as Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma & Steve Agee returning to their respective roles. New characters include Frank Grillo & Tim Meadows.
This Peacock original series returns for another season of high octane motor mayhem that is based on the popular video game franchise of the same name. Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Will Arnett, Samoa Joe & Mike Mitchell return from Season 1 are joined by a new cast that includes Saylor Curda, Michael James Shaw, Tiana Okoye & Anthony Carrigan. Season 2 takes place 6 months after the events of Season 1 and sees a new villain emerge and create a special tournament for all drivers to compete for a special prize.

The match card features a few changes but led to a historic event for the company. “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns went on one on with “Big” Bronson Reed, the WWE Tag Team Championships were up for grabs as Lumis & Gacy of The Wyatt Sicks defended against The Street Profits, DeAngelo Dawkins & Montez Ford. “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus & “The Bulgarian Destroyer” Russev faced off in “Donnybrook Match” where the match is similar to No Holds Barred street fight. “The Maverick” Logan Paul did batttle with the 17x Champion, John Cena. “The Man” Becky Lynch defends the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against WWE Hall of Famer, Nikki Bella. In the main event, Seth “Freakin” Rollins defends the World Heavyweight Championship in a Fatal 4 Way match against “Main Event” Jey Uso, CM Punk & LA Knight. This PLE also marked the final show on the Peacock streaming service after the announcement that WWE’s PLE schedule was bought by ESPN.

In this film, a father and daughter are traveling on a business trip to a remote cabin the Canadian Rockies when they unexpectedly hit what they thought was a horse but turns out to be a mythical creature. This film debuted at the South By SouthWest Film Festival on March 8th, 2025 before hitting theaters nationwide on March 28th.
This horror film was written, directed, co produced, composed by Zach Cregger and stars Josh Brolin, Julia Garner, Benedict Wong, Alden Ehrenreich & Amy Madigan. In this film, when an entire 3rd grade all go missing under very bizarre circumstances, the teacher and a grieving parent plan to do some private investigating but soon uncover a shocking turn of events. This film had a huge change in cast back in 2023 during pre production. The cast was originally consisted of Pedro Pascal, Bryan Tyree Henry & Renate Reinsve were slated to play certain characters but were later forced to leave the project after scheduling conflicts and the 2023 Hollywood Labor Disputes. Brolin, Garner, Ehrenreich & Wong were brought to replace others and began filming in 2024. The film hit theaters nationwide on August 8th, 2025.
This film was directed by Gareth Edwards and is written David Koepp, who wrote the first 2 films in the “Jurassic Park” series. This is the 7th film overall but the 4th film in the “World” series. The film stars Scarlett Johansson, Marhershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend & Ed Skrein. In this film, a research team goes to deserted island to retrieve dinosaur DNA in hopes to find a cure for certain human diseases but things take an unexpected turn when they realize that some dinosaurs have survived on the island. While the film is a sequel in the “Jurassic World” series, it makes no mention of previous events or characters and tries to stand alone as its own story. Steven Spielberg serves as executive producer on the film and was the driving factor to bring back Koepp as writer. The film premiered on June 17th, 2025 in London, England before hitting theaters worldwide on July 2nd.
This film was directed by Jonathon Entwistle and is the 6th movie in “The Karate Kid” series and a serves as a continuation of both the 2010 film, “The Karate Kid” as well as the “Cobra Kai” series. The film sees Ralph Macchio and Jackie Chan return to their respective roles and are joined by Ben Weng, Joshua Jackson & Ming-Na Wen. In this film, after the death of his older brother, a young martial arts prodigy moves from China to New York City only to discover that trouble has followed him as a bully with a background in MMA begins to pick on him. Originally, this film was supposed to be released in 2012 was going to be a direct sequel to the 2010 film but to due script rewrites and were forced into production hell until 2022 when Entwistle was brought on board to direct. The film was released May 30th, 2025.
This Netflix sports series has returned for another season that follows 3 NFL Quarterbacks during the 2024 NFL season. The 3 QBs are Jared Goff of the Detroit Lions, Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals and Kirk Cousins of the Atlanta Falcons. Cousins was the only QB to return from the previous but only after being traded from the Minnesota Vikings to Atlanta. Patrick Mahomes & Peyton Manning both serve as producer with Manning being the executive with his production team behind the series.
The first half of the second season of the Netflix’s dark comedy series is now available on the platform. The series sees Jenna Ortega return as the titular character along with Emma Myers, Luis Guzman, Catherine Zeta - Jones & Hunter Doohan and joined by newcomers Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper & Thandiwe Newton. Tim Burton also returns as director and producer. The second half of the season is scheduled to hit Netflix on September 3rd, 2025.

In this film, a DHS tech officer is investigating a cyberterrorist when a meteor shower hits multiple cities all over the world but things take a darker turn when those meteors come to life in the form of these giant robots that begin attacking the cities. This film was shot during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 but sat on the shelf for years before being released exclusively on Prime Video on July 30th, 2025.
WWE’s biggest party of the Summer was held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey and for the first time ever, it was a 2 night show. Night featured a tag team match between “Main Event” Jey Uso & “The Tribal Chief” taking on the team of “Big” Bronson Reed & “The Mad Dog” Bron Breakker, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships are on the line as Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez defend against the unlikely duo of Alexa Bliss & Charolette Flair. Sami Zayn & Karrion Kross look to end their feud once and for all. After winning the “Queen of the Ring” tournament back in June, “The Storm” Jade Cardgill challenges the WWE Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton. In a special tag team match, Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul take the team of “The Viper” Randy Orton & country music star, Jelly Roll. In the first main event, “The Ring General” Gunther defends the World Heavyweight Championship against “The Best in the World” CM Punk. Night 2 kicked off with a triple threat match for WWE Women’s World Championship, as Naomi defends against Iyo Sky & Rhea Ripley. The WWE Tag Team Championships are on the line in TLC match as Lumis & Gacy of The Wyatt Sicks defend against DIY, the Street Profits, the Motor City Machine Guns, Praxiom and Andrade & Rey Fenix. Solo Sokia defends the United States championship against the former champion, “The Samoan Werewolf”, Jacob Fatu inside of Steel Cage. “The Man” Becky Lynch defends the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Lyra Valkira in a no disqualification match. In the second main event, a rematch from Wrestlemania sees the WWE champion, John Cena defending against the 2025 King of the Ring, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes in a Street Fight.

In this film, a team of superheroes must prepare for not only a life changing moment but also an impending disaster as a gigantic cosmic creature is heading to Earth with the intent to wipe out humanity. This film marks the second reboot of the series following Tim Story’s 2005 film, its 2007 sequel and Josh Trank’s 2015 film. Plans for this film came after the 2015 film bombed at the box office & after Disney had purchased 20th Century Fox. The film hit theaters on July 25th, 2025 and has already confirmed plans for a sequel that could see Robert Downey Jr. return to the MCU but as the new villain, Victor Von Doom.
This sports comedy was directed by Kyle Newacheck and was co written, produced and stars Adam Sandler and is a sequel to the 1996 previous film. Returning with Sandler from the previous film are, Christopher McDonald, Julie Bowen & Ben Stiller. Newcomers include Benny Safdie, Bad Bunny, Haley Joel Osment & a slew of cameo appearances from the sports world that include Travis Kelce, Kelsey Plum, John Daly, Dan Patrick, Reggie Bush, Becky Lynch & Stephen A. Smith. Sunny & Sadie Sandler also appear in this film along with their father and mother, Jackie Sandler. In this film, Happy Gilmore has been removed from the game of golf for a decade following a tragic loss but is soon bought back after his daughter is offered to join a prestigious dance studio in Paris. In order to pay for the studio Happy must compete against a new golfing team that looks to destroy and replace the entire PGA tour. This film was a Netflix exclusive and came to the streaming service on July 25th, 2025.

This special episode is a tribute to one of the biggest stars in professional wrestling, WWE Hall of Famer, “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan. From his humble beginnings in the late 70s to his rise to superstar status in the mid 80s and the rebirth of his career in the mid 90s, Hogan’s career was marked by the success of the WWE. He is a 6 time World Champion in both WWE & WCW, he won the Royal Rumble in 1990 & 1991 and headlined 8 of the first 10 Wrestlemanias. He battled a variety of superstars from different eras that included Andre The Giant, The Iron Shiek, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Sgt. Slaughter, The Ultimate Warrior, “Nature Boy” Ric Flair, Sting, Goldberg, The Rock, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, Triple H & Shawn Michaels. Hulk Hogan was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame 2005 and then once again in 2020 as a member of the NWO. Hogan tragically passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71.

In this film, the owner of a struggling Formula One team turns to his old racing partner to pair him with a young rookie driver in hopes of making a late season comeback and save the team from bankruptcy. Filming took place during the actual both weekends of the Grand Prix World Championship in 2023 & 2024. Many actual F1 drivers appear in this film including Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonzo, Valtteri Bottas & Alexander Albon. The film hit theaters nationwide on June 27th, 2025.
