TYPE LENNY! I will not let this get out of hand. This is not a serious podcast, for this one. Ridiculous.

“I have received the tapes from the drop and am proceeding to publish them. I do not currently know the location of the Lowdown or his state of mind as we have both gone to ground. I pray he remains uncaptured and at large.” - Lenny

This week was supposed to be an all music podcast. But Lowdown G found out his blues mentor had died. Then it became a eulogy.
”I’m just going to edit this one. I’m not sure he can handle anything more” - Lenny.

The numbers aren’t good and G decides it would be best if he became a massive arsehole. But like everything, he’s pretty bad at it.
He tries out our second unpaid advert just to spite the audience, turns his hand to rap, and really makes a big mess of what should be a pleasant and informative interview.

What can we say about this episode? Probably nothing we should.
This week we talk to musician and fellow podcaster Lex, about, well your guess is as good as ours.
We also have our first unpaid advertisement and a country song about helping people that should really be in next weeks Podcast. The rest is up for grabs.

Lenny and the Lowdown travel to a waterfall. And it’s time to relax.
They converse and find themselves sidetracked for beautiful purpose. For love of humanity. For understanding.
This is a short episode but an important story…
Special thanks to KJ, “little island” and all our friends.
Take care of yourselves. And try to relax. We think you’re brilliant! No matter what you’re going through.
“Don’t fucking write that!” - G
Too late!
Love,
Lenny.
P.S. He doesn’t really mean it. He’s just a fallible person. He will probably yell at me for this. But I’m a rock! And I fucking rock! Don’t worry about me. I can handle it.
The Lowdown G will get better. Maybe you can’t see it. But I can. He will get there.
Hang on in there people. I know life is rough. But like the Lowdown says when he’s not giving me shit.. There’s beauty in it all.

BIG OLD TRIGGER WARNING!
Lowdown came in late today. He hasn’t booked an interview. And it wasn’t clear that he was going to be able to record anything.
Late in the day he got behind the microphone and recorded an intro. Then he proceeded cry and make notes. Finally, in a single take he told part of his life story and struggles with depression, anxiety and PTSD.
TRIGGER WARNING!
Late in the night he played guitar and sang to himself. Then he wrapped up the show.
Hopefully this isn’t the last we hear from the Lowdown.

Listen to the first podcast first!
Lowdown is in really bad shape now. I’m not sure this will make any sense unless you listen from the beginning of our podcast.
He just found out that his agent James Laurie died. It was a year ago. But he’s obviously going through some shit.
He sent me this voice note and a message.
“I don’t feel so good. Can we use this? Does it even mean anything. I’m not sure anything means anything, Lenny. What the fuck are we even doing? Forget about it. Sorry to bother you.” - G
I think it means something. He’s normally pretty funny. Dark, but funny. This isn’t. But I’m gonna post it…

This is a purely emotional reaction to the realisation that AI has uncovered the identity of one of Lowdowns anonymous hero’s. This is not part of the weekly podcast. I just feel that it is important.
“This isn’t part of the podcast at all Lenny. I was simply trying to contact an artist for an interview. Then I learned his real name. I’m fucking devastated.” - G
This isn’t thought out. This isn’t an interview. It is just a rant. He’s ranting and I think I’m just going to upload it.
“Why are you writing this down Lenny? Don’t fuckin’ post it, you idiot!” - G
Ooops…

Dr Welsh.
Listen to the first test first. There’s a narrative here.
This episode was sabotaged by a new sound engineer, so the sound is terrible. This never should have been uploaded. But frankly there was nothing else. Big thanks to Lenny for coming in at the last minute to salvage what he could. And apologies to the good doctor, for everything really. This episode is a waste of time, money, planning, and the time of the first genuine guest on the Lowdown.

Gabriel Bergmoser.
This may not make sense without the first test to contextualise it.
In this episode of The Lowdown, G wastes more time and money. The big interview leaves and G scrambles to fill the spot. Featuring crime thriller writer Gabriel Bergmoser.
Look out for Gabriel’s new novel “The Hitchhiker” in good book shops now. You should really give it a go because he’s probably really killed people and will be locked up really soon. Get his insights now!

The Lowdown - This is a test…
Lowdown G records a test podcast with the help of sound engineer Lenny. After a rocky start, it quickly descends into a hell scape. Featuring music, interviews and confrontations.
