Pour a Little My Way by Delta Sweet, Patrick Kordyback's new solo country project. Patrick is born and raised Edmontonian that has found musical success in the band Stereos and now as Delta Sweet. Patrick has always been driven to create music and was inspired by multiple Canadian bands and has been able to inspire a new generation of musicians within our city.
Sherri and Jessie had a chat with Mike and Treena Popowich of Popowich Meat Company. A local butchery that supports local farms and products. It's so amazing to hear about a true local store that lifts others up and cares about their community.
Sherri and Jessie had the opportunity to speak with one of Edmonton's biggest fans, Shawn Kanungo. He LOVES Edmonton and shouts it from the rooftops. He is an Innovation Strategist and has written books, is a keynote speaker at worldwide events and even has his own streaming special on AppleTV+.
Sherri and Jessie got to hang out with Erin Chalmers, Edmonton's own Global Morning News Anchor. She is a born and raised Edmontonian that is now raising her own family in Edmonton and enjoying all the adventures that our city has to offer. She shares about some of the things she has covered over her career from interviewing Garth Brooks to nose diving in a stunt plane.
What a treasure Sheetal Story is for Edmonton to have. She is certified in so many things including a Life Purpose Coach, Medium and Meditation Coach. Sheetal comes from a corporate background and shares how she embraced her gifts and transitioned out of the corporate world.
Chris Scheetz has been a staple on Edmonton Country Radio for 35 years. What an incredible opportunity to have a candid conversation with him about his time as a radio personality and his impact on our great city and the surrounding communities.

Gene Principe is a born and raised Edmontonian that moved away for a few years and found his way back. He is a recognized face and voice of our Edmonton Oilers. His passion for sports is what has driven him to this career and made it the most enjoyable. Sherri and Jessie got to know Gene and some of the things he loves about Edmonton and what he does around our city for fun.
Forge 53° is a growing architecture metalwork firm where all the product design and fabrication takes place in Edmonton. Mike and Jesse of Forge 53° love where they are from. They are born and raised Edmontonians that get to work together as best friends and business parters and put Edmonton on the map in the design world. They share their story of growth and creating a sustainable business as best friends.
Bean Gill has a pretty incredible story to tell. She's been through some life changing events and so many amazing adventures have developed from that. Bean and her business parter started Reyu after her paralysis to help those that need rehabilitation and therapy programs. She's become an advocate and a voice for those just like her in wheelchairs and require less barriers to move about our city. She's also now a TV star and has a show called PUSH on CBC, how cool is that?
In this episode Sherri and Jessie speak with Kareema Batal of Sustainable Food Edmonton. A non profit organization in Edmonton that supports the community through urban agriculture. They focus on teaching kids where there food comes from, and teach them how it grows. Sustainable Food Edmonton also supports community gardens. Kareema is passionate about fresh food and has started a company called Neo Juicery where they serve cold pressed organic juices named after some of the famous parts of our great city!
In part 2 of this amazing story, Glori shares more about her journey and how she's become a leading entrepreneur and philanthropist in Edmonton, Alberta and Canada. She shares about her relationship with her mother and her friends and how it's evolved over the years as she evolved. Glori has been through a lot to get her to where she is today, a mother, a wife, a business owner and an advocate to fight childhood sexual abuse. She tells it like it is, no filter required.

She is a Scientist, Explorer, Aquanaut, MD and many more and she's accomplished this while living in Edmonton and attending the University of Alberta as well as other institutions around the world. Dr. Pandya is incredibly passionate about her career and how she's helped so many through her exploration and research.
What an adventure Neville has had. He shared how he started in the world of Track and Field and landed a role on the Canadian Olympic Bobsled team. Neville shares some inspiring stories as well as some great advice.
What an incredible conversation with Mandy Trapp, she is a medicine woman, teaches meditation and breath work, and has a book coming out soon. She has so many gifts to offer this world and is doing so much to share them. Listening to her speak about her work was so inspiring.
We love our great city, but sometimes in winter it can be a struggle. That's why Isla Tanaka and her team at Wintercity Edmonton have created many initiatives to embrace our winters and make them just as fun and exciting as our summers. The Wintercity Edmonton initiative was brought forward by Ben Henderson a former city councillor and it's really taken off.
What a treat it was speaking with Jacqueline of Jacek Chocolate Couture. She wants to be known as a Coconista and it shows in the work that she and her team do every day. Her artisanal chocolates are stunning and taste amazing. How lucky we are in the city of Edmonton to have Jacek Chocolate and not just for their sweets but also for their philanthropic giving.
