Social media has pretty much become an integral part of our daily lives. These platforms are where we connect, learn information, express ourselves, and become inspired. But these platforms are also where we can encounter stressing arguments, misinformation, where we can feel insecure, and where our mental health can worsen. This is why having a healthy relationship with social media is important. Being intentional about how we interact with these platforms ensures that we live in balance, with clarity, and mindfulness.
