An argument of silence is defined as the drawing of a conclusion based on the silence of another person when the other person is refusing to give evidence for any reason as to their unstated evidence [https://www.logicallyfallacious.com/logicalfallacies/Argument-from-Silence]
I.e. a silent argument is when a person refuses to state their problem and the other person - based on their human receptiveness - must decide to draw a conclusion on the other persons actions and emotions EVEN THOUGH the other person never stated the problem????
