I've been seeing woman post about how they are 'strong, independent women' and I asked Rachel E. (from the Unfiltered Convos Podcast) about her recent Facebook post saying exactly that. So I talked to her about it, pushed back on some things and got some answers about what that means to her and why women seem to think it's so great to tell everyone how independent they are.

Just a not so spooky update on this Halloween night

I finally got a chance to sit down with Dan and Wanda to discuss what it was like at the RNC.

They have a whole new way for us to record these podcasts and now there’s a learning curve. This is me complaining for two minutes about that lol
