I'm trying to regard the unlawful arrest and ridiculous situation I'm in as an opportunity to expose the corruption of these institutions which continue to astound Me with their contempt for the Rule of Law and the Constitutional Rights of Canada's People.
John Wyatt and Conan MacIntyre believe that the rules of the bail program supercede Canada's Constitution and the inherent rights of the accused. This allows them to compel individuals to meet unreasonable terms and conditions that cause the accused additional harm in violation of their rights under threat of further harm in violation of their rights!

This is one of the better conversations I've had with one of these clowns because it is easy to tell that they have NEVER been challenged before! They have been violating the rights of the accused subject to their bail programs likely since they were instituted and now they act with impunity because they've been getting away with their crimes for so long!
I place them on Notice and invite them to Court so they can tell a Judge that the bail supervisor is equal to a Judge in jurisdiction and authority - absolute bullshit that John Wyatt claimed was the 'reason' he can violate My rights with impunity. This is another epic episode where the manager of the email intake for the Ottawa Crown Attorney's office for criminal Matters, attempts to explain his reasoning for every single one of his clerks 'ghosting' every requisition I have made to them for disclosure.
William the Courteous Coyte atttempts to explain to Me that 'virtual.crownottawa@ontario.ca' is exactly the same as 'virtualcrownottawa@ontario.ca' because they are all 'aliases' for the same address?
That's not how emails work. He tells Me that even if he responds to My queries, I won't receive the reply because I've blocked 'virtual.crownottawa@ontario.ca' for fraud. He tells Me he can TRY to send Me an email from that address to prove it, but it Will arrive in My inbox as the 'virtual 'dot' crown email.
When it smells like bullshit, sounds like bullshit, I call bullshit. So I sent a follow up email after the call as King of him to confirm receipt by responding in the same thread. Crickets.

Hello every One. Well, it looks like the corrupt Crown prosecutor is going to double down on their fraud and gross violations of Canada's Charter and intend to proceed to trial.
As humbly and honestly Truthful as I can be, I believe that this Court Present a Sean is perhaps the very best so far.
It is clear that the Court (or some corrupt prosecutor) intends to 'railroad' what they like to refer to as the 'Self Represented Litigant' - the prosecutor and the judge learn very quickly I Will not make it easy for them.
*A Special detail to pay attention to in this Court Present a Sean is when I mention My right to a speedy trial. I mention this early in the Present a Sean and the Judge (it was a Superior Court Judge despite the Court proceeding provincially - red sash for those who don't know) just kind glazes over the fact like it's no big deal. But when she calls the trial coordinator to schedule the date for trial, she is warned that the date Will violate My Charter right 'on its face'!!!
This is important because Case Law in Canada has established that if the Court is proceeding provincially (summarily - as they are here), then eighteen months from the date the charges are laid is a violation of One's right to a speedy trial ON ITS FACE. This means there is no excuse beyond the eighteen month deadline that Will be acceptable to the Court.
The judge also asked prosecution why there was such a delay in laying the initial charges and he doesn't ever answer. All this kind of stuff might fly with the Judge today, but none of this Will fly at trial if We have a 'REAL' Court.
I Will be making the Charter application and have plenty of time to serve and file it. I Will Keep You updated.

This particular series is about a night I spent in jail for journalism.
It was very difficult to find a contact phone number for the Housing Authority online anywhere. I was under the impression that City of Ottawa's Kelly Kritsch (who works for Ottawa's 'Home for Good' program, HFG) is the organization responsible for helping People find a place to live and a subsidy to help pay for it when they do.
I figured they probably help People fill out paperwork to make sure it is correct and includes all the supporting documents necessary to secure the subsidy, then send the application off to the 'Housing Authority' for approval on behalf of the individual. That's certainly how I was made to believe the program works, but it's not like that at all.
Kelly Kritsch and the other State Actors at Home for Good in the City of Ottawa help People acquire the information for subsidy, fill out the forms, and send them off to.... Yeah, You guessed it, 'Home for Good's Kelly Kritsch!!!
The organization that collects the information and makes the application for subsidy is the same organization responsible for verifying and approving the subsidy application!?
And just to make sure that there is total blanket immunity for every One involved, Home for Good are also the ones responsible for receiving the subsidy and making the payments to the landlord!

Wouldn't You know, only moments after the first call, police show up at My door hoping to serve Me with documents. I happened to be out for a smoke when they stopped by, so they had left a calling card in My door.
I figured they would be crazy to persist with their fraud, so they must have finally processed the information with the Department of Justice (the 'Registry') so that they can proceed against Me with their bogus charges in a real Court... But no.
There is STILL nothing in the system related to the file number, so I call the Duputy Registrar General back, 'Remember when I told You the local police were involved? Yeah? Good. They just left My house, I Wish to see charges laid...' (paraphrasing, listen to the episode for exact Wording).
This is My first call to the Deputy Attorney General's office. I am not speaking to the Deputy Minister on this call, I am speaking with her assistant, Shawn Bechamp.

Yeah, Janet Cerveny, 'Registrar' for the Social Benefits Tribunal is really just trailer trash posing as a professional. She has no idea how to return an email to confirm receipt of documents submitted to the Tribunal for evidence. It is customary for any Registrar to confirm receipt of documents upon request. Failing to do so as a Registrar is not only contempt, it is criminal because it constitutes obstruction of justice.
They do not Wish to confirm delivery of documents because the evidence I have is so overwhelming and clearly shows that the Administrator and every One complicit with the Administrator should be doing some serious time in jail.
These are the kind of clowns One can expect to find in Canada's kangaroo Circus calling it Self a Court or Tribunal (the Courts in Canada are equally corrupt - just a glorified mafia stealing People's land and resources while giving the illusion of due process).
