How to achieve greater mental efficiency and creativity with no stress? The Trilok Akhada is a 17,000 year old Yogic school from the Himalayas from India and Nepal. Kendra Maya has had the opportunity of learning from the masters, particularly Guru Pashupati for the last 10 years. So far she has been able to accomplish honest and constructive self-communication by healing from the past traumas and then, engaging in transformative meditation known as Yogasiddhi. She teaches this powerful meditation at the Himalayan Holistic Healing institute that she is leading in Europe.
