This song got me thinking about living my life by finding my own bench moment that I need to have a reset on my perspective, maybe you do too!

The bench is somewhere you can learn how to compete if you have the right COACH. Who is or better yet, what is your coach? Struggle? Fear? Worry? Or are you listening to the coach that is preparing you to get back into the game and compete better today (tomorrow too).

Perspective is the key to have purpose from the pain you feel. What pain are you feeling today? Do you see the purpose in that pain? Can you pause for a bit today and journal about how you are going to make the bench a place you feel calm, comfortable, and ready to attack life after you regain perspective.
Read this book with your kids to help them get ahead of some of these emotional ideas that can attack us as adults.
