Sometimes the time spent not working can be just as important to growing your business
When you are building a business, it can be so easy to get so caught up in doing the work that you forget to take any time for yourself. When you do take some r&r, you feel so guilty about it that you don't allow your brain to get the rest it needs to function at its best. If you are a parent, this guilt is ratcheted up a notch. You feel like you are forsaking your family if you spend any of the time you are not working by yourself. However, more and more research is indicating that alone time is essential for you to be at your best. Your brain simply needs time to process all of the nuances of growing your business. In this episode, we focus on just why that time spent in your own thoughts away from the distractions of others plays such an important role in your business growth.
