'8. Tuning In To The Wisdom Of The Body with Julia McKeowen'

Holy moly there is SO much wisdom shared in this episode! I'm chatting with one of my dear friends Julia about her journey with her body and how things turned around for her and her relationship with her body once she started tuning in to the wisdom her body was sharing with her AKA her symptoms.

In this episode we talk about a LOT! But here is a few things I happened to write down when I wasn't completely engrossed in Julia's sharing (she's an amazing storyteller!)

Julia shares about:

* The 3 main stages she went through in her journey with her body
* Addiction to exercise and the distortions it holds
* Fascia - what is it, why is it important and what happens when it's dehydrated!
* Signs of a clogged Lymphatic system
* Her journey with listening to her symptoms and what they were trying to tell her
* How she stopped making her body wrong and what that meant for her healing journey
* And SO much more!

You can find Julia here:

She also shared the following resources:

TOP 5 DISEASES CAUSED BY COFFEE + CAFFEINE with JASON CHRISTOFF

FASCIA with ELISHA FROM MOBILITY MASTERY

FOUNDATIONAL HEALTH - Morning Sun and Sunsets, (high quality) Drinking Water, Nature, Elements, Negative ions, Barefoot outside

I hope you enjoy this episode as much I did!

Much Love,

Carlee
