17. Integrity In The Pivot - From 'Wellness World' Nutritionist To Pro-Metabolic Nutritionist an Interview with Lydia Irving

This was such a fun conversation with Nutritionist Lydia Irving - we spoke all about her journey with food, to becoming a degree level Nutritionist that realised she hadn't really been taught how to heal people with food but had mostly just been taught what supplements to prescribe (hello alternative world pharma).

The thing I absolutely loved when I cam across Lydia was how open she was with 'what she used to think' and was so willing (despite it being challenging) to say 'actually I don't believe that anymore' and do a complete pivot in her nutrition practise which is seeing her finally getting real, lasting results with her clients.

This is an episode not to be missed if you have ever been under the spell of (or still possibly are!) wellness ideology when it comes to food. I know I certainly was for a really long time and it feels so good and so refreshing to chat to someone in this field who get's it, and is creating change in the lives of all her clients with an eat more, train less approach.

you can find Lydia here: https://www.internal-instinct.com/ and HERE ON INSTAGRAM

I trust you will enjoy this conversation as much as I did having it!

Much Love,

Carlee
