As ambitious women with big goals and even bigger dreams, trying to do it all, it’s easy to lose touch with the essence of who we are and become disembodied. We lose touch with our feminine energy, get out of tune with our intuition and become numb to the wisdom that our bodies hold. But for many of us we have had an awakening and we’re yearning for a new way of becoming. This new way is what we offer on this podcast. A grounded and heart-centered path to grow yourself and manifest your desires from the version of you that is whole, well and embodied. Welcome to the Journey of Becoming.

[Archives- 010] Releasing the "strong black woman" narrative

It's May and Mental Health Awareness month and as spirit would have it I was guided to the Netflix documentary, In Our Mothers' Gardens. What is this film about? Three points. Black female lineages, radical self-care and healing.

So, this episode is from the Instagram live that I did giving my brief reflection of the film and the download I received about the "strong black woman" narrative and how I am choosing, as we all should as black women, to let go with gratitude, deep reverence and honor.
