I made this audio a few weeks ago, but it seems particularly relevant to share as the world goes through another period of conflict and division. How can we heal the outer conflict and division? How can we find harmony and balance for all? The last 7 months have been some of the most challenging times I have lived through personally and at times I have seriously resisted some of the events I have experienced in my own life and the conflicts that have arisen with me. And yet, as I have navigated these events, I have come to see them as reminders to find within me the peace that I have looked for in resisting some of the challenges that I have navigated.
