
Today I want to remind you that doing your best doesn’t mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown….. Because I don’t know if you’re anything like me, but im so go go go, and I feel like my brain creates this never ending checklist of things I could be doing or should be doing …Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and burnt out before I even start my day. Because I feel like I’m so “busy” and I say that in air quotations because really I think the right word is distracted or unfocused.
