I've been working on my own golf so said id hit record as i was chatting to my coach Seamus McMonagle and give you a deep dive into the process.
This is a few months into the project of me trying to improve my game, as life got busy my golf went down hill the enjoyment left with it.

Its been quite the year for John as he makes his mark in men's golf, starting the year strong in Spain before some outstanding performance's on home soil, which continued at the home of golf.
