
Years ago if someone said to me I need to celebrate my changes, I would have thought it was a whole lot of mushy nonsense. I don’t have time for that, it’s done, let’s move onto the next thing that would have most likely been my thoughts!
Not anymore.
I know the power of our unconscious mind when it comes to celebrating our changes, especially with our nutrition & health. Because when we do that then we get more of what we want.
