It’s so easy to OVERTHINK everything we do + create an excuse to do nothing at all.
So how do we get ourselves out of this cycle to actually try, to show up, create content, and find our people online so we can build a business?
In a coaching session, I got asked how did I do this.
I’ve now been doing it for 4 years and it’s not a reel going viral that built my business + community.
It was having a super clear vision, not being afraid to try different things and see what works and what doesn’t, reaching out + collaborating, engaging with others and showing up even if I was scared of what people might think.
