76 - Why I'm Not Drinking Coffee.

Hello Humans! Welcome to the 76th Show housed in “The Human Theatre”. 

Now, for those who follow me on Instagram (if you don’t, go ahead and follow me @kelseybuchalter), you have seen that I’m currently not consuming coffee!

I’m not quitting coffee because I suddenly stopped loving the taste of a perfectly brewed cup or the ritual of sipping on it while I watch the sunrise. I’m quitting it because my body has been sending me signals that it’s time to make a shift.

Today I am going to break down why I’m quitting coffee, my experiences so far, how it’s impacting my overall health and well-being, and what I’m doing instead. If you’re dealing with burnout, chronic fatigue, or digestive issues, this episode is for you.
