Hello Humans! Welcome to the 65th Show housed in “The Human Theatre”.
If you are a female, or have females in your life, you need to listen to this episode. Our guest today is Dr Andrea Salcedo, and today’s show takes a deep dive into gynecological disorders, their respective pathophysiologies, why addressing lifestyle helps address the root-cause, practical tips and insights into the common drivers for these disorders, her professional thoughts on The Pill and its effects, HRT, Menopause, infertility, bio-individuality and SO MUCH MORE. This is truly a female-specific optimisation masterclass, and I highly encourage you to share this episode far and wide! As you will hear Dr Salcedo articulate, the menstrual cycle is just as much a vital sign as our blood pressure, temperature and heart rate, and it’s our birthright to understand our Human bodies and know what’s happening underneath the proverbial hood. So please share this with every female you know (and male, because there is no doubt a female that that male knows!).
