Prior to joining AW in 2017, he helped build out the Customer Success function at Code42 which is where he first learned about the importance of Customer Success in a subscription business. Additional sales experience at Dell/Compellent and a local MSP/VAR have also brought additional perspective to the Arctic Wolf go to market motion. Outside of work, Todd is busy with his family (wife, 3 kids, and a dog), and enjoys travel, fly fishing, golf and reading when able.

Lisa’s passionate about diversity at all levels; finding, cultivating, and embracing each team member’s unique perspectives. Leading international teams of network and cybersecurity professionals across over 15 countries, she thrives delighting thousands of customers each day. She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Western University with a specialization in software engineering. Lisa was awarded the IT World Canada (ITWC) Top 20 Canadian Cyber Women of 2023. She is an active contributor to many podcasts and publications. Lisa recently graduated from theToronto Metropolitan Emerging Leaders Cyber Initiative (ELCI) program in the October 2023 cohort - graduating class of April 2024.

Jeff was instrumental in delivering the first mass scale anti-virus cloud-based technology. Jeff hold 18 patents and is a graduate in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia in the UK.

He also held Sales Engineering roles at EMC focused on large enterprise customers across many verticals. He began his career as an IT and security practitioner for organizations in Healthcare, Energy, and Real Estate.

Prior to joining Arctic Wolf, Steve served as an enterprise account executive at Dell EMC, working with F100 Clients on their digital transformation journeys; as a sales manager and director at endpoint data protection company Code42; and as Regional Sales Manager at Dell/Compellent. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in public policy studies from Duke University.

Andrew brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and legal experience, with a focus on helping technology disruptors effectively manage rapid expansion and scale. Previously, Andrew served as the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary at RMS, Inc., and as General Counsel at C3.ai (formerly C3 Energy). Prior to C3.ai, Andrew was General Counsel at TeaLeaf Technology, an IBM Company, and led the legal and contracts departments at Legato Systems (now part of Dell), where he helped expand the enterprise software company through numerous acquisitions. Andrew began his in-house career at Red Brick Systems, a data warehousing company, which he helped through a successful IPO. Before going in-house, Andrew practiced corporate law at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, concentrating on venture capital financing for high-tech and emerging growth companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from The University of Pennsylvania Law School and The Wharton School.

At Code 42 he led all customer renewals, as well as managed all sales and marketing technology for the company. Andrew also spent three years at Dell/Compellent, serving in a variety of sales management roles. He began his career as an accountant with Target Corporation after earning a degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
