How to be the boss of your own time
One of the biggest challenges small business owners face when it comes to getting their marketing done is ‘not having the time.’ A small business owner typically wears many hats and can often feel stretched between pillar and post on a daily basis. And if we are not careful, we can fall into spending our days being ‘busy’ and yet being completely unproductive. The trouble is, as far as I know, no-one has worked out yet how to fit that additional hour into the day so that we are able to get everything done that we need to. We are stuck with our 24 hours and our 7 days a week. And once we accept that, we can start to make choices about how we prioritise our tasks within those 24 hours. Time management is one of the most important skills for us as business leaders to master if we want to actually ensure that we are working on meaningful tasks.  Michelle Broadbent is a Business Strategist who works with female entrepreneurs to implement smart, strategic and practical solutions that will elevate their business and give them the space to flourish in their zone of genius. This includes helping them to become the boss of their own time.
