After many years of abuse, abandonment and built up, un-resolved trauma, the last 'grand finale' so to speak really helped blast a crater to my core and unveil the reality of what has driven me for nearly 50 years. In this self-discovery also came the realization that how i've handled not only my own 'perceived' healing to this point, but also my attempts to help others was selfish and based on MY experiences and perceptions. That's normal, I think....but 'normal' isn't always RIGHT. Hear me out in this episode; I'd love to know your thoughts. Do you agree? Disagree? I would love your feedback.
and as always, if you know someone who might enjoy listening, I'd be grateful if you'd share the podcast! <3
Talk soon...
It's important to talk STRAIGHT UP about the less than pretty but OH, so real parts of life. We need to have MORE open and honest conversations and far FEWER filters on our lives. Sorry, but after some deep and sensitive chats lately, I'm taking this topic head-on and opening up about my own issues, what's helped, and hopefully shedding light into what may be YOUR darkness, too. WIth love, respect and profound gratefulness for YOU, ...thanks for joining me.
