How to Reclaim Our Disowned Sensitivity

Today I go right to the heart of the matter: the fact that sensitivity is a universal trait and when it is denied and disowned, it actually just needs to be reclaimed and integrated.

In this episode, I talk about shadow work, why sensitivity is important for all of us, how to find balance with it, and why integrating our sensitivity is the key to our wholeness.

Sensitivity is a key aspect of being human. It's what makes us feel alive, be able to connect with each other and the world around us, to care deeply, and to have truly magical experiences.

Disowning this aspect of ourselves leads to depression, burnout, hopelessness, feeling jaded, and negative projections onto other people.
