In this episode I talk about the realm we are actually accessing as highly sensitive people. We can be made to think OUR emotions or what we feel is too much, but the truth is we are actually tapping into energy that is already present: in our environment, in the unsaid words of others, of our history, ancestry, and collective experiences.

Your experiences are not yours alone. When you have the ability to tap into what is actually going on beneath the surface, it is a lot to carry for everyone around you.

How can we continue to open to these experiences and bring in the light, as we become conduits and channels for all the unacknowledged stuff?

To do this, we must learn to balance ourselves, trust our intuition, have boundaries, and advocate for what we experience.
