We explore deep spiritual concepts that help you to access more of your divine power so that you can create the life that you feel called to create now.
We explore this with Ana Noyce. She's an author, a teacher, a coach and founder of the Light Language University. And as a child, she was fortunate to have a father with a background in Buddhism, and who also studied with the Native American Indians, who taught him the medicine way. And he then passed his knowledge on to Ana. She joined the staff at a local church where she and her family attended, only to have supernatural experiences kind of leak out as she really tried to hold it all in. Eventually, she gave into her spiritual gifts, which has led her to all that she's creating today.
So if you've ever wondered how to reconcile the world of spirituality with the practicality of being human, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

Today, I'm bringing on a guest to talk about uncovering your purpose and why you must dig deeper and his name is Gary Smith. About 21 years ago, he decided it was time to leave corporate america and go out on his own. That then led him to starting a company called Optimum Performance Technologies. And for the last 21 years, he has worked with businesses and individuals all over the world, helping them take their lives and their organizations to new levels of achievement and success.
While doing that work, he discovered that many problems in business are actually people related and they're caused mainly by leaders who haven't learned how to really lead and develop those on their teams. As a result, Gary started focusing on coaching both leaders and team members. And that then led him down the pathway of becoming a John Maxwell certified coach, and also a John Maxwell certified disc consultant.
And then after coaching for a number of years, he learned that many individuals and organizations don't really succeed because they lack one common ingredient--purpose. This then became such a common theme in the work that he then decided to launch a very new, exciting and very focused brand called the Power of Purpose. And one of his top goals is to educate the world on the power of purpose and work with and guide individuals and businesses as they develop a rock solid purpose.
So if you want to take your life and your business to the next level and learn some wisdom from like a man who's been in the trenches of business for 40 years, sit back, relax, enjoy the show.

I just got back from a high-level mastermind event that was held down in Puerto Rico and I met some incredible people. It’s funny to me going to these mastermind things because every time I do, I always walk away feeling like I’m not thinking big enough. But I was just super inspired by the people there. They are amazing, all doing incredible things to make the world a better place.
And I had a few insights while I was there. Some big distinctions that I want to share with you today. And one of those things is why you should be a Go-Giver instead of a Go-Getter. So if you want to increase your wealth, health and impact in the world, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

Today I'm bringing on an international friend to share some online business building tips with you. His name is Jan Koch. I first met him back in 2011 on Twitter and he's a great guy. He's a WordPress wizard, he has tried a whole lot of things in this online business world. He created a lot of success for himself and he also failed at a lot of things along the way.
He's been hosting virtual events, starting back in 2015. And his virtual events have really brought over 10,000 registered attendees and reached more than 110 countries which is kind of crazy to think of. And over time, he developed a very unique approach to hosting virtual events. And he's now decided to start bringing the new way of running online events to the market at large. And in this episode, he shares a ton of wisdom very vulnerably. So if you're like scaling an online business or maybe you've just started one, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
