I have over $100,000 in available credit, a credit score over 700, I’ve saved over $10,000, and I’m actively working toward becoming financially free and building the wealth I know I deserve.
But let me be clear—I didn’t come from wealth. My family has struggled with health issues like diabetes and other preventable conditions tied to diet, access, and education. That reality lit a fire in me to do things differently, to learn, to grow, and to share those lessons with you.
This podcast is for those who are ready to take control of her health, stack her coins, heal generational cycles, and still live her soft life. You don’t have to choose between luxury and longevity—you can have both.
Your health is your greatest wealth, and your wealth should support your healthiest life.
