What's up ladies, welcome to class! Today I'm joined by Dr. Kristen Cain, a double board-certified OBGYN and fertility physician, reproductive rights advocate, and the number 1 bestselling author of Doctoring Your Life: The Secret to Merging Medicine and Motherhood While Loving Your Life.


In this conversation we're unpacking fertility and in-vitro fertilization (IVF), the unavoidable politics surrounding it, and how women can have it all, but they shouldn't do it all. With over 30 years of experience practicing reproductive endocrinology, balancing family and a busy career, and over a decade of political advocacy for reproductive rights, Dr. Cain shares her perspective, wisdom, and experience.


We also discuss sex education (and how it's actually gone downhill over the last few decades), the importance of fertility for your health and wellness no matter your family plans, and how health insurance has gotten way too powerful.
