What's up ladies, welcome to class! This week we're joined by Amy Gaston, VP of Strategic Growth at OhmBody.


OhmBody is a wearable device that offers a drug-free solution to women suffering with heavy, painful, and emotionally turbulent cycles. The device uses neurostimulation, a fancy word for activating your nervous system in a way that targets pain and fosters relaxation.


More specifically, OhmBody uses neurostimulation to target the trigeminal nerve and the vagus nerve. By doing so, we can promote healthier, easier menstrual cycles.


This conversation is fantastic: Amy breaks down the science at OhmBody in a very digestible way. We discuss the origins of OhmBody, its whole body approach and the benefits it offers, the importance of having women in the room, how to support the nervous system, and education (or lack thereof) around the female body.
