In July of 2019 we moved to the Big Island of Hawaii, and I truly rested for 6 months - my health improved and then it was time to get back to work. In January 2020, my business partners and I opened a Keller Williams office on the Big Island, then covid hit. It turned this into an opportunity to grow the office. Basically, the market is still strong as far as appreciation goes. As you know inventory is low, so sales numbers reflect that, but the prices are up and days on the market are low. In this video Dan explains the market in more detail and gives a recap of 2023 numbers and looks ahead through the year.
