This podcast this week is about stepping back and taking a look from the last couple of months of me taking a break from all that I’ve been committing to I’m truly evaluating what season I’m in and how I wanna move forward with my values
Are you standing on your own boundaries and listening to your own soul voice whether it tells you to give it up take a break or whether it tells you hey make yourself proud I know you can do this
This is learning to change the culture and learning to listen to yourself when you’re not OK reading the signs and acting accordingly but knowing it’s all right if you’re feeling that way
Taking about how we Separate ourselves from each other and how we keep ourselves from moving forward by not really learning how to have faith also break down my own process of having faith in myself!
Sometimes all we need is some self-awareness to be able to overcome our fears when we takeoff the mask of our fears to ask truly base route questions things that dig deeper than what we’re actually feeling we can be able to conquer the fears that are common and every day to us
If you’ve ever experienced trauma that affected you so painfully , that you feel like you can’t move forward just know your brain is capable of change through neural plasticity and how to know how to use it is the key
Using a method called grow you can work through traumatic experiences that you’ve had in your life letting you release what doesn’t belong to you and claiming what does taking ownership and moving forward in your own power
Being a superhero takes more than fancy abilities and powers I think these powers are already within ourselves as humans all we have to do is cultivate them be the superhero that you are!
Using those concepts you can try it on and see what is this works for you helping you process trauma being able to decide what is good and bad for you in your life and make if the world better in the process
Emotional translation is a method I discovered that helps me turn one thought into a better thought one negative thought exchange for some thing more positive
It is my belief that our culture needs to change to start believing in and teaching our brains how to hope more because there is nothing but positive benefits to us as a society within hope
