Hi, I’m Aoife — Registered Dietitian, MSc in Nutritional Medicine, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I started dieting at 11, caught in a cycle of “good” foods, “bad” foods, guilt, and always starting again on Monday. It led to binge eating disorder and left me three stone overweight. I used to envy my slim friends who had a relaxed, healthy relationship with food. Now, I’m one of them.
