Oumar Cisse is a young marine conservationist. He has an interest in the conservation of marine biodiversity in Mauritania and around the world. We discuss the state of marine network conservation in Mauritania by looking at the government intervention, conservation NGOs, local communities, and international NGOs. We also touch base on the impact of Covid-19 on the marine ecosystem.
