Sam Kane tells us everything you need to know to fall in love with swimming pools again. Sam has been campaigning since he was 14 years old to keep his local pool open. Even today, he continues to make his pool the centre of his community with float races, Zumba classes and many volunteers.

SEGMENT 1: Sam and Kelly talk about their Oh Yes and Oh No moment of the week. Sam's Oh Yes moment had him celebrating National Volunteers Day by giving out awards! Kelly's Oh No moment involved her stealing someone's car park (by accident!)

SEGMENT 2: Sam and Kelly answer Google's questions on "Why swimming pools...." Questions: Why are swimming pools blue? Why are swimming pools green? Or quite simply...why swimming pools?
