In today’s episode, I’m sharing everything I’m doing to prepare my body and mind for birth — from gentle movement and nutrition to mindset work and creating a calm environment for labor.

🌿 My daily labor prep routine — breathwork, stretching, walking, and curb walking
🍯 Why I’m eating 6 dates a day and sipping on NORA tea (nettle, oat straw, red raspberry leaf, alfalfa) for uterine strength and smoother contractions
🧘‍♀️ The specific stretches I’m doing — child’s pose, deep squats, cat-cow, hip circles, and kneeling lunges — and how they support pelvic mobility and optimal baby positioning
💆‍♀️ How I’m supporting relaxation and pain management with TENS unit therapy, birthing combs, and breathwork
🧺 My postpartum prep — freezer meal stash, diaper + postpartum caddies, epsom salt baths, and nutrient-dense snacks for labor (think electrolytes, protein bars, honey, and more!)
