A little different episode this time as I have the chance to sit down with Daniel Broberg (DB Hockey Factory). We had just finished our first collaborative camp together here in New Jersey, so I took the chance to talk to him more about player development and what it takes to be like Jesper Bratt, Elias Pettersen, Alexander Holtz and Johnny Oduya - who he has the privilege to call his clients.

Holy Cross senior Jack Robilotti joins us on this episode. Surprisingly he is only 1 of 3 NCAA D1 athletes from NYC which is no small feat and learning about his path teaches us a lot about the necessities that are required to reach the NCAA.

Air Force Academy NCAA D1 captain Luke Rowe joins the episode to take us through his journey from the EHL, USPHL, NCDC and committing to Air Force as a 20 year old. Recently, he attended the New Jersey Devils Development camp and is transitioning to the professional game.

SUNY Oswego Head Coach, Mark Digby, sits down to talk about his program, what he's learnt between the men's game and female game as well as discussing good recruiting strategies. 

This week we are joined by Northeastern Huskies goaltender Aerin Frankel. Aerin represented the USA national team against Canada last year and is also on the bounce of back to back Beanpot titles. She is arguably one of the best goalies in the women's game and a player I am fortunate to work with on a regular basis. She is a leader by the very definition in the way she conducts herself. Aerin talks about what it takes to get to the college game and her own experiences. 

Chris Baudo - Head Coach of Nazareth College - joins us this week. Nazareth is a newer program that Baudo is integral in building and driving them to success in his first couple years. Before Baudo was a key member of BK Selects Academy and developed many players who went onto NCAA D1 and represent USA.

Taylor Wasylk - Head Coach of Suffolk University and former Boston College, Boston Pride and Team USA joins us this week to talk about the Suffolk Ram program and what she is looking for when recruiting players to her school. Last season, in only their second year, Suffolk reached the NCAA conference final against Norwich.
