20. Systemic racism, discrimination, and the healthcare system

This week, I discussed a topic that isn't being talked about enough which is the widespread racism and discrimination in the healthcare system. Black expecting mothers are dying at incredibly high rates, the medical system is outwardly discriminating against trans and gender non-conforming people and all of this stems from a system that is incredibly flawed. The healthcare system is meant to protect individuals but but it's also the same system that makes individuals fearful of doctors than death.

13. Why Age isn't an Excuse

On this week's episode, I talked about how people blame their past behaviors on their age. I analyzed how racism, and homophobia play a role in this as well and how they condone their behavior by using their young age. People need to start taking accountability for their actions instead of saying "I was 13, and didn't know any better."
