This week on the podcast, Courtney decided to pull Fresh from 2020 directed by Mimi Cave out of the Body Bag!
It is time; time for The Fright Crew to hang up the aprons and scalpels and retire from doing autopsies. We have talked it over and have come to the conclusion that it's time to call it quits from podcasting.
The two of us have decided to do a FINAL theme where we talk about our personal favorites; ones that we were never able to cover in the first place.
We love you.
There is no current theme, so instead Courtney finally had Jensen watch Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein and Jensen had the idea to make it a double feature with the new Trick or Treat Scooby Doo that came out last year only.
We talk about nostalgia and how quickly Halloween came and went this year. We also talk about Halloween candy near the end of the episode if you're here for that discussion.
We hope that you all have a safe and awesome Halloween! We love you!
The current theme is David Cronenberg and this week, we decided to pull Crimes of the Future from 2022 directed by David Cronenberg out of the Body Bag!
We talk about how strange this film is and how some of it, we honestly didn't really understand. But we also talk about how amazing David Cronenberg is so none of it really matters anyway.
Also, please make sure to not spill. Thanks.
The current theme is David Cronenberg and this week, Courtney decided to pull Videodrome from 1983 directed by David Cronenberg out of the Body Bag!
We talk about weird soup and we also talk about how weird and strange this film is honestly. We also talk about how weird the porn industry must be.
Also, Long Live the New Flesh of course!
The current theme is David Cronenberg and this week, Jensen decided to pull The Brood from 1979 directed by David Cronenberg out of the Body Bag!
First off, we have Jensen's friend from work on, Matt. He really loves Godzilla almost to the point that he would be down to give birth to a baby one of them! We also talk about how this is definitely one of Cronenberg's tamer movies out of the bunch.
Also, did you happen to grow up with one of those weird crystal ball things in your house? Because we think that it was mostly a white people thing to have lying around.
The current theme is Hey There, Demons. It's Me, Ya Boy and this week, we decided to pull The Exorcist from 1973 directed by William Friedkin out of the Body Bag!
We talk about how iconic this film actually is and how teenagers today would probably think that it's actually a pretty funny film. We also talk a little bit about the skeletons in our closets.
Also, we really think that you should go ahead and hit the buy now button on one of those Pope Dildos.
The current theme is Hey There, Demons. It's Me, Ya Boy and this week, Courtney decided to pull The Wailing from 2016 directed by Na Hong-jin our of the Body Bag!
We talk about how this film is long, but that you don't really feel the length while you're watching it. It's also a very fantastically shot film. And who would've thunk that some of that rain was fake?
Also, raise your hand if you love wild rice soup as much as we do!
The current theme is Hey There, Demons. It's Me, Ya Boy and this week, Jensen decided to pull The Demon (Il Demonio) from 1963 directed by Brunello Rondi out of the Body Bag!

Also, don't bring port-a-potty juice anywhere near us. We will fight you.
This week on The Fright Crew, we decided to bring Whit on the podcast to talk about one of her favorites that she has been trying to get us to do for quite some time. Whit decided to pull The Blackwell Ghost 3 from 2019 directed by Turner Clay out of the Body Bag!
We talk about how many of these movies there are and how quite possibly, Whit should of had us watch more than one of these to get the full scope of the story. We also talk about if we think Mediums are real or not.
Also, this is the ultimate White People Doing White People Things episode!
The current theme is The Witching Hour, and this week we decided to pull Suspiria from 1977 directed by Dario Argento out of the Body Bag!
We talk about how fucking amazing this film looks and how we want our houses to have this lighting at all times. We also talk about how we miss the old blood that was more closely resembled to red paint than anything.
Also, stay Hershey's Strawberry Syrup!
The current theme is The Witching Hour, and this week Courtney decided to pull The Love Witch from 2016 directed by Anna Biller out of the Body Bag!
We talk about how the look of this film is unrivaled by any other modern film made to look like an older film. And we also talk about the problematic ass director.
Also, what exactly do men want? We think it's to bang.
The current theme is The Witching Hour, and this week Jensen decided to pull The City of the Dead from 1960 directed by John Llewellyn Moxey out of the Body Bag!
We talk about how this is so obviously a Jensen pick and for real how dreamy the town of Whitewood is. Jensen really wants his backyard to look like it. We also talk about what we did while we were on our month long break! Lots and lots of change for the two of us.
Also, virgin suicide girlies rule very hard.
This week, we're Re-Animating an old episode, Midsommar from 2019 directed by Ari Aster.
Jensen and Courtney decided to take a much needed month off of the pod this June but we also didn't want to leave you guys high and dry without listening to our beautiful voices. But don't worry, we will obviously miss all of you while we're gone too.
Enjoy our discussion on Midsommar which is one of Courtney's absolute favorite films ever!

Reminder to everyone that we will be taking the month of June off. But don't fret, there will be some Re-Animations posted of some of our favorite episodes from the past. So you'll be okay. We promise. But we love you all, and we're pumped for once we get back!
This week on The Fright Crew, Brucker from Autopsy of a Horror Movie joins us! Brucker decided to pull Clue from 1985 directed by Jonathan Lynn out of the Body Bag and we sure have some things to say about this one!
We talk about why this is one of Brucker's favorite comfort films and if this movie holds up to today's standards. We also of course had to discuss what our favorite board games are/were when we were younger.
Also, who was the true killer? For real though, cause there's like 4 different endings to this flick.
Thank you again to Brucker from Autopsy of a Horror Movie for talking about this film!
