How to exercise when you have no time

 What do you do when you have no time to exercise?  Here are 4 tips to get the health benefits of exercise when you are struggling:  

1) Leverage NEAT - Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis 

2) Use intermittent fasting 

3) Try HIIT (high intensity interval training) 

4) Learn how to change your mindset - we always have time for our musts
