This week at The Film Club we conclude our Jawsome Summer with the film that closed the Jaws franchise, Jaws the Revenge! The film follows Ellen Brody who is dealing with the passing of her husband Chief Brody of the Amity Police Department. Ellen and Chief Brody’s youngest son Sean has followed in his father’s footsteps by joining the Amity Police Department. Not too long before Christmas Sean is called out to go into the water to help remove a piece of drift wood that has become stuck on a floating buoy and while Sean fights to free the piece of driftwood he’s attacked by a great white shark! With no one able to hear Sean he succumbs to the shark’s attack and Ellen must learn to now live without her husband and son as well as know that the shark has a vendetta and is out for her family.
