Episode 22: Finding Awareness with Amit Pagedar

Are you looking for ways to preserve your energy? Did you know that Self Awareness could help you get that missing energy back? First episode in the year 2022 and it’s Episode #22: Finding Awareness with Amit Pagedar. Today I have someone who has influenced my coaching practice in the most profound of ways. I am overwhelmed with joy being able to interview Amit Pagedar the author of “Finding Awareness: The Journey of Self-discovery.”

👀In this episode, we talk about some of our fears, how he got invested in the path to awareness, and his motivation and purpose for writing the book. We talk about the ego and whether it is our enemy or if we should embrace it. We also talk about boundaries and spoiler alert there is a PLOT TWIST that I did not see coming and I have a new perspective on boundaries and feel lighter and more expanded because of it.

Please if you enjoyed the episode or if you know someone who you think would be interested in these topics, please forward this episode to them. FOR MORE EPISODES HIT THE SUBSCRIBE BUTTON
You know what I am going to say right? Take what you want/need and leave the rest and as always, stay twisted.

Love ❤️ Evelyn
