We basically interviewed a celebrity when Dasie stepped onto the mic and introduced her musical timeline and life story to the podcast. Dasie is a singer/songwriter with such a remarkable way of sharing her story through music. She gives us the insight to what it's like digging into deep emotions in order to create a song, but explains the fun behind it as well.
Give Dasie a big fat listen to and we know you will love her music!

Kylie is here taking on the podcast ALONE! No co-host, no guest, just her, a microphone and some random thoughts. Get to know more about Kylie.
There were two views people had towards Rylee. One: she was so lucky she never had to go to school. And, two: she was lazy.
Neither of which were true. Rylee was silently suffering with horrible pain from the age of eight years old and had to stay home in the fetal position instead of attend school. Rylee shares her emotional story with us and takes us on a remarkable journey.

Kylie and Sierra take on the podcast by themselves in todays episode to talk about how two things are allowed to be sad at one time. Death, losing a job, stubbing your toe, just because one person's struggle is different than yours, doesn't mean we need to compare whose is worse. Both can be sad, hard, annoying, upsetting or even happy.

One of my favorite people join us this week to discuss her journey through education as a neurodivergent person. From being diagnosed with ADHD in first grade, to entering her PhD, Ingrid Asplund does an incredible job describing her experience with struggling in the school system, experiencing failure, forgetting assignments, and becoming her own advocate. We were so lucky to have her on and know that everyone can benefit from listening!

Addi shares her story about growing up in a polygamist religion where her dad had three wives and 21 children! This episode gives us a good background and history of polygamy and Addi does an amazing job painting a picture of growing up within the community. She shares her experience of doubts, questioning the religion and finally leaving. Like so many people who grow up in a high demand religion, leaving caused anxiety, fear and she was diagnosed with scrupulosity (religious ocd). Make sure to give this episode a full listen and find Addi on all social media forms!

I feel surprised! The way that Aimee describes her life and the journey she's been on is, as most of us would agree, surprising. Life hasn't gone the way that Aimee had always hoped and planned, but that doesn't mean that it's been bad. Listen to her share the ups, downs and all angles of leaving a church she grew up in and how music has helped her along the way.
Please make sure you follow her on all social media fronts and let her know how amazing she is!

"i feel great" was said in family scripture study every morning before starting the day. Brett says this is the first time he learned to lie, because very rarely did he actually feel "great". Our dad is finally on the podcast this week to share the beginning of his story. Growing up, our dad was the star athlete, had a rich family life, the popular kid everywhere he went, the list goes on and on. His life seemed perfect, but inside there was so much inner turmoil that came with never being allowed to share his feelings. Alcohol, drugs and self-harm were the only way he found to cope. Listen to see where his story begins.
TW: addiction, self-harm, eating disorders
Shout out to our dad for starting the feeling company and teaching us how to share our feelings.
