In this episode of The Faith-Full Mama, I sit down with my very own life coach, Emily Tomasetti, for a powerful live coaching session on setting healthy boundaries with your child.
Together, we dig deep into the thoughts behind why we do the things we do in motherhood, and Emily walks me through how to identify those beliefs, shift them, and journal through them in a way that brings clarity and freedom.
This conversation is both practical and eye-opening — you’ll walk away with tools to recognize negative thought patterns, replace them with truth, and begin setting boundaries that nurture both you and your children.
If you’ve ever struggled with mom guilt, negative self-talk, or knowing where to draw the line with your kids, this episode will give you encouragement and steps you can start using today.
The world tells us our validation is in our grades, our success, our gifts, our talents, our looks and so many other things. Yet God tells us it's in One and Only place. And I love that Tracy has made it her mission, that started with her own two daughters, to remind us of where our identity really lies.
Tracy Harper is a speaker, teacher, and Christian author with over twenty years of experience mentoring young adults through campus ministry. From the East Coast to Hawaii, her journey has taken her across the country—and through countless conversations with college students navigating faith, identity, and emotional overwhelm.
Tracy holds a degree in Secondary Education/English from Towson University and completed Cru’s Institute of Biblical Studies. She now lives in Maryland with her husband and three daughters, savoring life by the water with a good book and a great cup of coffee. Tracy helps young Christian women break free from people-pleasing and follow the Holy Spirit with confidence.

Do you ever feel torn between the demands of motherhood and the calling of your business? In this episode, I sit down with Cienna Kopischke to talk about how to hear from God in BOTH areas of your life—and how His wisdom applies to everything you do.
We dive into:
✅ Practical ways to quiet the noise so you can hear His voice
and
✅ Simple strategies to invite Him into your daily decisions
Whether you’re folding laundry or planning your next big launch, this conversation will leave you encouraged and equipped to tune into God’s voice and lead your family and your business with faith and confidence.
Listen now and be reminded that you don’t have to do it all alone—God is in every detail.
Guide:
In this episode of The Faith-Full Mama, we unpack John Calvin’s sobering truth: “The human heart is an idol factory.” I share my own recent journey of stepping away from distractions—social media, work, even food for a short fast—to truly hear God’s still, small voice. Twice now, He’s shown me how easily my heart can latch onto something other than Him… and how quickly that robs me of peace.
We talk about how to recognize when something has become an idol, why it leaves us feeling heavy and unsettled, and how to return to the only One who can give rest for our souls. You’ll be encouraged to trust Him again, obey Him fully, and discover the joy that follows.
If you’ve been feeling burdened or distant from God, this conversation will help you realign your heart and fix your eyes on the One who never tires you out and never lets you down.

In this powerful episode, I sit down with Mary Marantz—author, speaker, and Yale Law graduate who grew up in a single-wide trailer in West Virginia. Mary’s story is one of grit, grace, and the kind of quiet strength that comes from being underestimated. We dive deep into what it looks like to rise from humble beginnings and how to stop living life trying to prove yourself to others.
Mary shares vulnerable truths about the mindsets that keep women stuck—perfectionism, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, overthinking—and the practical shifts that lead to freedom. If you’ve ever battled self-doubt or felt like you were meant for more but fear keeps holding you back, this episode will remind you: you’re not behind, you’re being built.
