We had one of the regions most successful triathletes Elaine Young from Elevate Performance Coaching in the clinic this week.
Not only does Elaine have a full time job as a Tax Business Manager for an MNC, she is a life and triathlon coach and a very competitive AG triathlete. She has had multiple age group wins in Ironman races in the region, and has finished two KONA world champions as well as one Challenge Roth.
