We welcomed RockStarArms Natalie Dau, Singapore's favourite Guinness World Record Holder and mega-ultrarunner to the clinic this week.
Listen to Nat's story as how she started hobby runner after arriving in Singapore 21 years ago as a young and impressionable corporate go getter, to being an ultra running superstar.
After reinventing herself multiple times as a basketball player, then masters track runner & triathlete, Nat finally found her calling as an ultra distance runner, winning on her debut a 100km Ultra Race in Singapore. From that moment on Nat's life has been on an long and upward trajectory in the Ultrarunning world.
In June 2024, Nat made headlines receiving a Guinness World Record for the “Fastest Crossing of Peninsular Malaysia on Foot” after her super human feat of running a total of 1040kms from Thailand to Singapore in 12 days.
Nat's story is not of natural talent, it is of grit and determination and living proof that its never too late as she only started seriously running in her forties and has just run from Thailand to Singapore, and also another 1000kms through the Philippines.
Apart from her many running stories, find out how she started, what makes her tick, what she is up to these days and how she has just started a run club.
