
Erik Mercier (he/they) is the co-owner of Juice, a wine-importing company focused on small farmers who use regenerative agriculture and who forgo adjuncts and heavy-handed manipulations in the winery. Erik has been in the wine industry for over a decade, completing his WSET Diploma at 25, and participating in nearly every facette, from wine list curation at both the retail and restaurant level, conducting hundreds of private and public tastings, and making wine on four different continents.
