We have grownup in society where mental health and mindfulness are not given much importance. But in this pandemic time the most important thing to do is protect our health mentally & physically, doing meditation techniques to keep our thoughts in sanity and to rejuvenate our energy.
Remember to prioritize these things:
1) Focus on setting healthy boundaries
2) Make healthier decisions: emotionally & mentally.
3) Improve your internal state instead of what others want you to do.

If I will get a chance to speak with my younger self- I would say "Take chances, speak your heart out, validate and acknowledge your feelings. Because you deserve to be seen and heard."
Always remember light comes only after a dark night. Don't lose hope because every morning comes with a new chance. Cherish the rainbows which comes after the storms and celebrate all the moments.
Have you ever heard of Boat of life? Our life is very unpredictable and sometimes when circumstances kick us to the curb, we have the power to get up and charge at life again. For me - Practising mindfulness has been my life boat.
