In this episode, I’m opening up about something really personal, my upcoming spinal surgery. To be honest, I’ve been feeling a mix of fear and a tonne of vulnerability. It’s all happened so fast and it's been a lot to carry.  As I’ve been processing everything, it’s made me reflect on how many of us face these unexpected life moments that we don't see coming. The ones that knock the wind out of us. And yet, somehow, we keep showing up. And I wanted to speak to that.  This experience aligns so much with the postpartum period too, something so many of us quietly struggle through, with all the challenges in intimacy, the emotional shifts, and the pressure to “bounce back” when what we really need is time and understanding, so we can heal.
