Welcome to The Echoes podcast. You’re invited to embark into the intricate landscapes of personal growth and holistic well-being discovering the very thing that bridges the echoes of our past and the whispers of our future. The things that connect us all. The reasons that we’re here.

Join me as we dive deep into the captivating experiences of my guests, unraveling the stories they told themselves and uncover very beliefs that shaped their breakdowns and breakthroughs in this thing we call life.

But there's more to "The Echoes" than meets the ear. Alongside these thought-provoking interviews, I’ll be sharing with you some of the powerful tools that I use in my own work as well as exploring all angles of mental and physical health.

Together, we'll demystify these techniques, remove any wellness wankery and understand how they can become guiding lights on your own journey toward balance, empowerment and understanding yourself better.

Eating Disorders, Body & Muscle Dysmorphia & ADHD with Hannah Higginbotham

This week I'm joined with the effervescent Hannah Hickinbotham.

Han is the founder of the Full of Beans podcast, the eating disorder awareness podcast which aims to reduce the stigma and isolation associated with eating disorders. Following her experience of Atypical Anorexia, Body Dysmorphia and her recent diagnosis of ADHD, Han is passionate about openly discussing mental health to support those going through struggles of their own. Han is also the founder of Hannah Alice Creatives where she supports mental health organisations with digital content creation and social media management.

We talk about;

-How Han got into the work that she does and how the Full Of Beans podcast is such a vital resource to anyone who works in or who's lives are affected by eating disorders

-Eating Disorders - things you may have heard before and things you may not have

-Han's experience with Body Dysmorphia and Muscle Dysmorphia

-ADHD & Eating Disorders - the emerging links between Neurodivergence and EDs
