We both know that at a moment's notice that a platform could completely cease to exist. We know Facebook likes to stop working every once in a while so how do you get all of those contacts off of social and into something you own (ie: your email list)? Ep 8: Who do you want to be?
I’ve been too focused on getting to a certain place in my business that I haven’t been enjoying the journey. I’ve thought too much about what I want to be instead of WHO I want to be. Have you gotten caught in that trap too? Who do you want to be? If you completely ignored your goals & focused only on your systems, would you still succeed. If you want better results, then forget about setting goals & set a system instead. Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress. A handful of problems arise when you spend too much time thinking about the goals you want to set & not enough time designing the systems behind those goals.
